Suspended Fox host suing reporter over alleged lewd texts

What an amazingly skewed title, it's true, but was written to illicit a negative reaction about the Fox Employee. If you read the article it is clear that the lawsuit is over the Huffington Posts' “highly reckless publication of actionable false and misleading statements about the plaintiff’s conduct and character.” This reminds me of the Hulk Hogan Gawker case.
