What do you think can be done about the "Continuum of Harm" in the military?
I tried to get to DC to attend this event being held in Arlington, VA, but I did not make it. It was covered by C-SPAN and Hosted by Service Women's Action Network (SWAN).
"As part of SWAN’s initiative to better empower and educate female servicewomen and Veterans to ensure their success in life both on and off active duty, on April 25, 2016, SWAN hosted a panel of leading psychologists, practitioners, researchers and DOD officials to discuss the cycle of interpersonal violence leading to sexual assaults, bullying, and mobbing in the military. Known as the Continuum of Harm, this cycle of abuse connects a broad range of deeply rooted beliefs, attitudes and behaviors that lead to sexual violence."
