Thanks for reminding us TSgt Joe C. that on March 29, 1917 Prime Minister Hjalmar Hammarskjold of Sweden resigned after his policy of strict neutrality in World War I—including continued trading with Germany, in violation of the Allied blockade—led to widespread hunger and political instability in Sweden.
Foolish is as foolish does. the simple fact that Prime Minister Hjalmar Hammarskjold of Sweden openly traded with Germany cost his nation's people dearly.
