Switching to Army Camo Could Cost Air Force $450 Million, Slides Show

That uniform board needs to be court marshaled, the Airforce should not be alowed to change uniforms agian till we are flying sorties to the moon!

Little brother always wants to look like big brother.

What it sounds like, after reading the article, is that it would cost 450 mil if the AirForce where to push for the new uniform sooner, where as if it waited for the industry to catch up on manufacturing it would cost a lot less. Honestly though, switching to the new uniform will probably cost them less in the long run seeing as another service branch utilizes it. Be it they wait an additional year or two so as to save money is their decision.
