It will end when Mother Nature is satisfied. Call me crazy but that desert can only support so much humans therefore Natural selection is at work. On the down side the humane thing is for green countries that have green lands life preserving lands, to take in these un wanted people refugees but we already know how most complain here about that. In the absence of humanity Nature will do what Nature has always done.
