Tech Tip: Building a Howa Rifle

For those of you who would like to get into shooting, and don't have a ton of money laying around, the HOWA 1500 Series barreled action is a good place to start. What's that? Who the hell is Howa? You may have seen their firearms by another name: Weatherby Vangaurd sound familiar, yeah they make them for Weatherby. They also make rifles for another company but it slips my mind right now. Quality parts and you can build it as you can afford it.
