Yeah, I'd actually read about that place and the EPNER, the French equivalent, when I was in, the other one, the National one in Calif, is private, obviously, I only read of that one awhile ago, I didn't know about it when I was in, I don't know if it even existed at that point...back when Dino's and mastodons strode the planet, obviously....
