What standing does TX have to sue another state? Unless it's a border or commerce dispute, they have their own legislatures. Sovereignty.

CPT Bob Coleman - I can appreciate that. T for TX, T for TN. I'm proud to not be a lawyer, just interested. Let it run its course I say. No tax here in TN either. They've had near gun play over the years in Nashville over it. One bullet hole remains from a long time ago, on a handrail in Capitol.
