Yet another resurrection of the same old silly ideas.

Pretty far reaching. Not something that will stop school shootings though. A terrible piece of legislation.

I like that there were some specific manufacturers left out of the list. I wonder if those manufacturers are the ones who helped write this bill... elimination of competition through fat payouts to specific members of congress.

This was specifically worded and well informed, which is odd.

Also, the likely idea here is to create media hype around this proposed bill and the fact that it doesn't pass through the Republicans and the following "Republicans want dead kids" follow ups.

Alternatively, it could pass due to greased palms and the time it takes to get together a lawsuit and appeal it up to the Supreme Court will take years.
