What was it, little over a month ago a similar if not the same scam warning came out through the same media? Sounds like not very many people paid attention to the message from the IRS then.

If you receive a text message claiming that you are about to receive a $1,200 stimulus check, don't click on it. Chances are, it is a fraudulent scheme.
