Remember the ROTC question as the answer is the the sergeant puts up the flagpole. The 15th is around the corner and the next shut down may force people to walk as there is no draft with only a contract. Most Ems live paycheck to paycheck and have programs to make ends meet for the dependents. I guess the GOP has no idea of the reality of being an Enlisted person.
