MAJ Bryan Zeski - Major, Considering that the actual name is the "NEW YORK World" Series (emphasis added), I suppose that it does.

COL Ted Mc That's a fairly interesting mix of countries and the rating system is interesting. I would say that Canada after escaping the darkness of the Harper years will again flourish as a polite , cosmopolitan , environmentally aware and progressive society. As a tanker I have a soft spot for Germany and its schnitzel, beer, Aschbach Uralt Brandy, six stein toting frauleins and superior gunnery ranges. The Scandinavian countries have the highest living conditions in the world and Volvos, blonde beauties and the northern lights.
France has its excellent cuisine and stunning architecture. Marine LePen will bring fascism to France based on its Muslim fear and recent incidents, if she's elected. Fascism isn't good anyone.
Europe it seems is in a transition and that in itself in these times isn't good.
But if you're into numerical ranking we have good old America with all that we hold holy, our birthright of freedom and our sense of who we have as a people. We also have what I'll call Dumfukistan, with its Murican exceptionalism hype, bigotry, prideful ignorance, anti intellectualism, book banning, Islamaphobia, revisionist history.
Don't get me wrong, there's more right than wrong in our society, much more.
The rise of a Trump and reincarnation of that half wit Palin certainly are a cause for concern.

LTC Bink Romanick - Colonel; When you say "there's more right than wrong in our society" I must take VIGOROUS exception.
There is ONE HELL OF A LOT more right than wrong in America and (giving credit to the basic goodness of the American people) there is going to continue to be for the far foreseeable future.
Admittedly there are days when I start looking seriously at Mr. Jefferson's "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. it is it's natural manure." and start doing cost/effectiveness studies of "revolution vs. elections" - but the mood soon passes.
If I could give America only one gift, it would be an informed electorate. [Now that's a thought to scare the hell out of the politicians, isn't it?]

It is interesting that Germany is number 1 - that seems strange in light of their immigration and violence issues. At least USA is in the top 10 and number 4 is a pretty good rating.
Since my heritage is English I am glad UK came in at number 3.
