Not sure what was signed here in the video but something was inked. Maybe this is not the whole clip but I did't see Hillary Clinton and or Ashton Kutcher come running out screaming you've been puncked

Well do let us know what was signed. Otherwise I'll accept the statements from Defense officials that no contracts are signed only letters of intent.

Here's a more descriptive article on what took place - With MoU they can be legally binding yet depends on the language and parties intent of the MoU. Regardless the visit marked a positive tone in trade relations. In addition some of the arms deals that were initiated with Obama were as well put on hold by his administration. Obama stopped some arms deals because he was upset with civilian casualties in Yemen's bloody civil war. However he blocked the sale of precision-guided munitions.

MAJ James Woods - Or like a president who said that the war in Afghanistan is over, yet we still keep sending troops there.... Same with Iraq.

[@SSG Matthew Unger] Or like a president who claimed there was WMDs in Iraq. We can go on and on and on. Shall we?
