Very interesting but what does it really matter? Every human being in the Western Hemisphere is an immigrant or the descendent of immigrants. Every square inch of land was "stolen" from someone who preceded its current occupant. Yes, ever those now referred to indigenous Americans live on land stolen from someone who previously occupied it. They were all Stone Age nomads and, when they had hunted and gathered the easy pickings, moved on to land occupied by another. And, in fighting to displace the previous occupants, they often took slaves. Thus, Cristobol Colon didn't introduce slavery to America. Interestingly, when blacks were brought here as slaves, Cherokees acquired (purchased) a few for their own use. (I don't know about other tribes, but I suppose there were others who engaged in the trade of black slaves.) So, not only weren't the first Americans who we thought they were, but also, the propaganda used to lavish guilt on the white population isn't what we thought.

I agree CPT Jack Durish . These articles for me are more about genetics and its impact on health, nutrition, immune response, etc. Recent research shows that red hair apparently came from the Denesovians and robust immune response from the Netheranderals...

Lt Col Charlie Brown - You are strange. I don't think I'm attracted to red-headed women for their robust immune response...
