interesting... i got a new elliptical machine a few months ago and put it in front of the TV in the Living room... and watch the evening news and walk for 45 -60 minutes every night... don't have to worry about the weather... except what's on the TV...

I'll smash a solid 30-45 mins on an elliptical when I don't feel like ground pounding my knees on the asphalt. Great workout and still hit 600 plus calorie burn

dude i can give a Thumbs up ... but you are so right ...
I started walking just after i was recovered enough from a second Knee replacement ... (Don't stay on Jump status for 25 year)s... but the roar out front is so busy and the local rednecks don't see or can't see folks walking ... so i got the elliptical... and work my weight off... lost 35 # since July...

It's a good article with pretty realistic workouts and plans that are def attainable. I actually just started one of my favorite workouts by Cory Gregory. Squat everyday for four weeks! It's a fun one. You should check him out if you are into the posterior chain development.
