It is hard to be humble when you are a MUSTANG!
Been, there, done that and have the bumper sticker from CWO / LDO Indoc at NAS Pensacola.
E1 to E7 (Chief Petty Officer) to CWO2 to O1E (for a year)- O2E (for a year) and O3E. Most of the folks with who I served / lead appreciated my former enlisted background. Those who didn't were the ones who tried to get away with the same stupid tricks that I did long before them.
