Well, let's see...
There is the issue of flight hours
Equipment readiness
Having to pull parts off static displays to keep aircraft in the air
Operational deployments at a high tempo for close to two decades
The fact that an airline pays double to triple what the USAF does...
But sure, Air Force. Throw money at the pilots that don't fly and get gigged on their evaluations for lack of flight hours and equipment readiness. That'll work.
