Jeez, another waste of money. Just sell it on the civilian market or sell it to some other nation.
My unit in the AF, AFSOC, switched to the OCP last year. So even though we had serviceable ABU gear, we now have all new OCP compatible gear now. It’s pretty much coyote brown gear. What a waste of money replacing stuff that doesn’t need to be replaced. Especially in a stateside environment, I can see having all matching gear in a deployment environment, but who cares stateside?

When we transitioned from white T shirts to the old brown ones with the early Elvis collared combat leisure suit BDUs we all dyed our white Ts at Ft Hunter Liggett. Worked fine was close enough to the correct color that no one had any melt downs. Don't know how dying digital cammo will pan out though, probably bleed through as it fades.
