The Army promised tuition aid to its soldiers. But they say they can’t use the system.

While I am one of those affected by this, it's not the end of the world. Anyone that's been in for more than a day knows that the Army gives things and it takes them back sometimes. I understand this situation is different in the sense that it's a technical issue, the same feeling applies -- for me personally.
Finally, with that being said, most soldiers should have used all of their TA by the 3rd quarter anyway. If TA really means that much to a soldier, why wait til the end of the fiscal year to try to get your classes in? Being proactive would have surely helped in this situation.

This may be off topic, but it surprises me how much the Army is willing to change things, compared to, say, 20 years ago. This isn't a problem if it means that the new things work better, but this is just a major inconvenience to anyone looking to start college. I plan to start when I get to my next unit, and I hope they can remedy this situation. I'm surprised that they didn't test the site more, to make sure that it would function properly.

They need to make this right, ASAP. I hope they contact their representatives in Congress.
