It's nature. Men and women are attracted to each other. We also have performance differences, which is why from about 12-13 years old we separate the genders in sports. Men and women are different. There are some successful integrated fields, such as non-combat arms (combat support and combat service support). Not saying those are perfect, but integrating women into combat arms and long field deployments, combat, etc., is not a good idea. There are plenty of established all-female units in other countries, including special forces, infantry, etc. I'm not saying your wrong, I agree that bad people do bad things, but why tempt them? A perfectly good male infantryman should not be distracted by a female soldier. Focus is one of the keys to success, for both men and women. Women are perfectly capable soldiers. Give them a chance to succeed in all-female combat arms units. IMO.

MAJ Montgomery Granger - Let me tell you something Major. I was a 1SG for an Infantry HHC during the integration of females into combat arms units (around 2013). I had zero incidents on my watch. You know why? When you have a command team unified that inculcates dignity and respect and a vision of a common goal through teamwork and camaraderie things can go very well for your unit. That is the expectation of leaders in the military. If you have a command team that uses misogynistic language or sends mixed signals into the ranks, that is where problems occur and that is toxic leadership. There isn't any reason for combat units to be segregated if you have exceptional leaders.
