Beer would be a great addition to this game. I'm not quite ready to call it a sport. In my opinion, sports require athleticism. Anyway, I love seeing what happens when guys get bored. I've always said if a few guys were stranded on a deserted island all they'd need is a ball of some sort and they'd be fine. When the rescue chopper came they'd be like, "Hold on, we're in the playoffs. Come back tomorrow."

I remember games we would make up when all we had was a softball we found somewhere.

Marines being who they are, the games usually involved inflicting/enduring pain/humiliation.

Boredom inspires creativity.
