The cyber paradox: Reliance on new tech can quickly become a weakness

They make some very valid points. The US Military has become so reliant on technology, can it fight and survive on a modern battlefield with a limited to no access to technology, possibly even communications.

I would imagine that in a conflict with a major player technology would be stifled at best and useless at worst. How do we continue the mission in that environment?
