It really makes me wonder how much of this is true and how much is fabricated. I certainly can’t imagine the NSA, DoD and/or the White House leaking this much information about a supposedly T/S clandestine cyber operation. Maybe this was “leaked” in order to make the Russians nervous? Perhaps this report was constructed in order to make Obama and Rice seem reasonable and calm in the face of Russian interference. I personally don’t put a lot of credence in anything Yahoo news spews.

Maybe it is. But no one released any information on an operation. The article speak only of a plan which was never implemented. Personally, I think it begs the question, why wasn't such a plan implemented? Sounds to like Obama drew yet another line in the sand and failed to follow through. That sound VERY plausible.
