I'll watch the whole thing later today (it's nearly 2 hours long). I skimmed through it, and the one piece I could not find was proof that large numbers of jet aircraft had been fitted with chemical sprayers. I've flow jet aircraft...707 airframes (KC-135, EC-135, C-135), 737 airframes (C-40B) and B-52s. I have never seen one chemical sprayer designed for jet aircraft anywhere, let alone the large numbers required for the video's purpose. Strategic Air Command (SAC) tracked CONTRAILS (Condensation Trails) from the early 1980's thru 2001. Well before any talk of global warming turned into Geoengineering discussions. SAC wanted to know the set of conditions (altitude, temperature, throttle setting) that would create CONTRAILS. This was tracked and the data was used to predict CONTRAILs conditions for the SIOP. The SIOP (Single Integrated Operational Plan) was SAC's plan for total nuclear war, and we didn't want the Russians to be able to see our CONTRAILs on satellite, so we had to know the altitudes, temperatures, etc to avoid giving away our position (and heading) as we flew up and over the North Pole. Condensation Trails (CONTRAILS) are real...they are not a lie. I do not have any real evidence of mass use of chemical sprayers in jet aircraft. So I'll watch the video, but remain skeptical without hard evidence.
