What a flashback rush that was! I don't think I've listened to that for over 40 years. Second time around, I got a double shot of whiskey, took out my hearing aids (thanks, VA), put on my headset and piped it directly into my cranium loud enough that I'll probably need to get the hearing aids adjusted after the ringing stops. The Doors were always among my favorite groups way back when, even though "The Unknown Soldier" was one of the most unsettling songs I ever heard. Creeped me out back then and I usually skipped it. Great share, John. Thanks!!

Enjoyed The Doors so much, I got another double and listened to Iron Butterfly's In-a-gadda-da-vida (full version) the same way. Not overly crazy about the lyrics parts, but love the instrumentals, especially the drum solo. No smoke like in the old days, but the 2 doubles were almost as good.

TSgt Joe C.: I LOVE THE DOORS!! I used to walk around my neighborhood singing the Doors' songs: at the top of my lungs!
