Lately, I've been learning a bit about the importance of our gut bacteria. There's definitely a reason why cultures that have yogurt (no pun intended) & other probiotics in their diet live longer & healthier! Hopefully, the researchers aren't just looking at antibiotics as the "cure." Too often these will kill off the helpful bacteria as much as the harmful ones!

The article specified that they would inject the vaccines directly into affected areas to protect the good bacteria.

Umm . . . One time, for stomach gas, I did a back bridge until the gas escaped.
