The things he's complaining about are the result of individuals and businesses engaged in mutually-agreed, free enterprise. A free society, and a free internet (free as in liberty, not free as in beer), is not SimCity, in that you don't get to neatly divy things up and make them look the way you want them to. Freedom is messy. You want to start a blog, checkout Medium, for one. That doesn't mean anybody will read it, (if it's Tim Berners-Lee, I suppose they will, but for me, probably not), but nobody stops you from posting it.
