The FDA has a significant change of heart about e-cigarettes

I figure this was a reaction based on influence from the tobacco industry. Maybe the check bounced and that's why the FDA reversed their decision.

I wish those mental midgets would have a real change of heart about REAL cigarettes!!! Make them a carcinogen, and regulate them by the FDA.
