I'm with you guys...the softer stuff for these old bones....but I still like Krav Maga..but no more jumping.....If I want to kick someone in the head I'll kick them in the groin first and wait for them to fall..Or a system that incorporates canes and such for later in life

SSG (Join to see) a man after my own heart. A 7' man is suddenly 3' tall if you kick in the side of their knee.

I am a huge fan of Krav Maga. I practiced it for years, easy to learn and remember. Its a great example of "work smarter, not harder."

I can see it now going old James Bond on canes and walkers and wheelchairs maybe even on the remote for the TV!

Old fashioned Kung Fu is my favorite. The blocks are soft blocks where you redirect your opponent. much easier on the old bones.
