We might be better served - if we utilize a more diverse and wider span of Talent. This is what diversity is all about employing different people from all perspectives. In summary, getting a wider span of thoughts, ideas, and perspectives. We should work to eradicate gender and economic polarization. America is still the land of the free, and home of the brave!
