The German Youth Gangs That Battled the Nazis During World War II

After reading this and viewing the photos, I appreciate their fight against the Nazis. However, I don't know whether they were resistance fighters or thugs and criminals. Since one tried to join the Gestapo, I am going with thugs.

No matter what they were, they did do a little damage to the Nazi's.

Thanks for sharing SGT (Join to see) while some joined the Hitler Jugend which also was used to man the Hitlerjugend 12th SS Panzer Division others battled the Nazis.

Given the times and nature of the Nazi party I'd go along with thugs as well.
