The only fallacy I see is that this author is at all qualified to be talking about political philosophy, government or Venezuela. This article says NOTHING instructive to argue his apparent thesis of: socialism = bad!!! Corrupt leaders, authoritarian leaders, did this to Venezuela. And that's what we are now experiencing - corruption on a scale never seen before in America.
