No mention that it prevents it. Plenty of mention that it does help.
Why is milk fortified with vitamin D? Because it will help.
Why are cereals fortified with calcium and other vitamins? Because it will help.
The problem I am seeing is very simple: If it does not make it go away, no matter the level of effectiveness between zero and making it go away - IT IS TO BE DISMISSED.
So, are you dismissing the evidence of its effectiveness to help?
