Putin has been a German tool for some time now. Once he signed the gas deal with Germany/EU, he has little purpose in life except to count money. Once the Chinese re-do his Eastern rail links, he can start selling gas to Asia as well and make even more money. I ignore virtually everything I read about him. Kudos to Germany for wiring him up the way they have tho...
