I intend to be a mentor to my fellow servicemen as I have already in my unit. I'm the safety NCO for my unit. I assess gait patterns, muscle tone, and skeletal stress tests. I work closely with my chain of command to modify PT to create an area of competency where my unit can properly learn how to perform a series of exercises with their full range of motion. As someone trained in kinesiology, I will continue to do my best to inspire hope and effect change Col Joseph Lenertz

I am unable to speak about the active duty side which I constantly dream about rescued into, however on the other side. Instead of consistent, life-changing PT, there is more talk of feelings and self-esteem than I will ever care to experience Col Joseph Lenertz

Sir, with all due respect Col Joseph Lenertz This is a top down problem. The armed services accepts the best of the best. IN the time you spend with the military, you are to be molded into the deployable status that is required.

Yes, true. For the military folks who made it in. This is about those who can't even qualify.
