The central premise of translating Military Skills to Business is that a military training and experience provide a core foundation to excel in business and promote the overall financial well being of the corporation. Excellent article! Military members have so many great qualities they were taught as a regular part of their training--including leadership. I believe they are far and ahead of civilian counterparts in these areas. An excellent reminder. Thank you.
