There's not a square inch of Earth's surface that wasn't won by conquest. Despite every effort to instill guilt in Americans for "taking" the land from the natives, we will never give it away nor pay for what we wrested from them just as they wrested it by brute force from those who preceeded them. Far better that they accept defeat and integrate into American society.
