We have a lot of weapons that can ruin the DPRK's day. The question is, how thoroughly we can ruin their day, or have the willingness to use.
There is little doubt that if the North launches an actual attack, the response will be devastating. The calculus for Kim Jong In is whether or not we have the will to do so.
I am not convinced that he thinks we do.
