The IRS isn't my favorite agency. However, it seems that the articles author would include a copy of the highlighted policy / regulation as proof. They are public record.

Thanks. This policy of pulling passports makes sense if someone is under a court order to pay and is going to make a run for it. I just can't see the IRS not finding a way to be evil about it. Strange days indeed.
