I took one look at that emergency spill area and said to the guys here.
If water is allowed to run over that raw dirt, trees or no trees, it's going to be rutted with deep ravines and will massively erode.
I'm not an engineer and that is a horrendous error
That sort of error needs a huge fine and or license.
Why, because of the huge community within 4 miles.

Oroville surrounds the lower damn & Thermolito. The Feather river merges with the Yuba river downstream at Marysville/Yuba City (twin cities separated by the rivers)
