The judge that signed the warrants will have some explaining to do if this goes south on them. It's supposed to be a very high bar to allow a raid on an attorney, due to atty/client privilege. If they went on a hunch rather than solid probable cause that Cohen was complicit in a crime - thus nullifying a/c privilege - they have a problem(s). They are now independently reviewing the material to exclude all that is still protected.
