The real reason cocaine, heroin and marijuana are illegal has nothing to do with addiction

Saw the documentary on PBS years ago. Funny... cocaine because of the fear of Black men’s sexuality? Zounders!

I have seen Marijuana or the oils from it help people, the feds need to stay out of what the states want to do

I do not understand the conservative view to keep these drugs illegal. Think how much we could reduce the size of the federal government. And, then the huge reduction in crime, thus enabling state and local law enforcement agencies to shrink, or address other law issues.
Just as Prohibition caused the huge increase in organized crime, so has the drug issue.
