Jim maybe today but I have to be honest how in the hell would there ever be any sexual harassment issues if there were no men there for them to sexually harass? I dont get it???

You mean segregation doesn’t work. In order to stop any type of gender problems, eliminate all aspects of privacy, top management down to the cleaning crew. Any private communications held in a civilian SCIF, with no less than four employees in attendance, one being HR that records, video and voice that takes place. Specifically define fraternization and penalties if it occurs. Problem solved.

Seems fine to me. It sounds like it encourages women in the professional field to find a space to bond, connect with others, develop professional relationships and grow individually. Technically, men have had men-only co-working spaces for decades, we just had other names for them. Am unclear how one of these places would show up on "her resume".
