"For Dugin, whose views on the evils of liberalism have been cited by Bannon and other far-right leaders, it also moved Russia a step closer to fulfilling his vision of unwinding the U.S.-led global order, in part by luring Turkey away from NATO and creating a "Russo-Islamic pact" that includes Iran."
Doesn't this statement in the article raise any concerns?

Not really. President Trump and his staff are strong enough to maintain our (the United States') interests around the world. I was far more concerned that under President Hillary, ISIS would be allowed to take over the Middle East and Africa.

MSgt James Mullis - So a Russo-Islamic pact with Iran is ok. The same Iran we accuse of arming and funding terror groups that attack US? Not buying into your logic at all. Russia and Iran want the downfall of the US and this guy is in on it.

Russia just wants to be left alone to pursue their political and economic interests. They live with Islamic countries surrounding them and must deal with them. When we muck things up in the Middle East, they catch some of the flack. They would like to get along with their neighbors and not have an adversarial relationship with them. We compete with them selling arms to these countries and show them up all the time. I think you can appreciate their concerns. They pursue their own self-interest just as we do. I'm not saying they are our friends, but they aren't as evil as our politicians try to make them out to be.
