This is a great explanation of weight gain and weight loss most have never considered. I'm a strong believer in education. Two very important subjects most are not educated on are finances and proper nutrition. It's very sad because a little education can make a world of difference in so many lives. There are quite a few nuggets in this video. I've watched several times an took notes. And I've included this product in my personal health and fitness business plan.
