"On October 9, 1976, The Sex Pistols signed to EMI records for £40,000 ($68,000). The contract was terminated three months later with the label stopping production of the 'Anarchy In The UK' single and deleting it from its catalogue. EMI later issued a statement saying it felt unable to promote The Sex Pistols records in view of the adverse publicity generated over the last few months."

very cool, I like old punk, the Sex Pistols are one of my favorites. What is so funny my son loves punk music. I guess between the punk music and good cigars some people might say I am doing a pretty bad job as a parent hahaha

SGT (Join to see) - David before my accident and son was a little boy I would occasionally smoke a good cigar. I did not like all of them but I did like some. When my son was almost at graduation day for HS he and I sat in the backyard and smoked a good stogie I had in the humidor. That has become a highpoint for me now when my college boy takes a few minutes to visit with his old man and smoke an old cigar. Hell I am sure at some point we will talk about some old punk bands ahhaha
