Very nice drone video. Did you have to obtain any clearances to shot it?

Thank you. I did not have to obtain a clearance for those shots. I was not in a restricted location.

What type of drone did you use to get this video? Is there a ceiling you have to stay under with a drone like this? I was out in my back yard yesterday and heard a buzzing go by overhead and looked up and saw a drone flying over the neighborhood. It stopped for a bit in a few places. Not sure why but it was the first time I have ever observed one in my area.

I have a Mavic Pro. I am an FAA certified drone pilot. The rule is not to fly over 400 ft. However, there are additional factors to consider. The drone can be configured to let me know if I reach the max altitude. Most responsible drone pilots know not to fly over residential properties, however, some uneducated pilots don't do that. As a certified pilot, you have to understand the laws, restrictions, and rules to fly appropriately. To become a certified drone pilot you have to pass a test and pay about $150. The certification is good for 2 years.
