I stumbled onto this movie on Netflix, "The Siege of Jadotville", and I had to read more about it; as it is based on actual events. Great movie but definitely read more of the history behind it. Demonstrated ability of a small force with competent leadership and soldiers well trained can be a force to reckon with. It also gives some incite as to what happens when politics betray the military and political endstate does not always mean what is in the best interests of our military. Hollywood theatrics aside, the real story is worth reading.
