True, but only because career criminals, err politicians created trade partnerships with a country known for human rights violations while lining their own pockets. RINOs are just as guilty as Dems in these partnerships and cronyism, which is why they oppose term limits and transparency. We never had trade partnerships with the Soviet Union.
