Yep, we have some real super-brainiac leaders at DARPA. No one who has ever studied recent military history and have 1/2 of a neuron should ever make this mistake AGAIN! BUT you will say, "they aren't going to put soldiers in those tunnels"! Trust me when I tell you, they will eventually. They can't help themselves.

Part of the reason that others build tunnels is because WE control the air...which, by the way, is a much more efficient place to travel. I wonder if that occurred to the genius that thought this up?
